It explicitly said that we are all Dionysus, when you dive into the myths related to Semele. Semele theon is one of the most important magical characters in the entire tradition. Because she both gives birth to the god reborn, continues the cycle, and she leaves the cycle by witnessing the purity of the divine and becoming free of the bonds of time. She's not destroyed by the lightning of Zeus, but rather made transcendent. She becomes the goddess theon. So when we look into this story of Semele and we see it very clearly, when Dionysis falls and is ripped apart, from that ripping apart what ends up happening is Zeus comes and he sticks his thunderbolts and he destroys all the titans, but he also burns up the limbs. He burns up all the limbs of the titans. So except for the heart, which Athena takes. But then what happens? Prometheus comes and he takes the dust. That's the amalgamation of the limbs of Dionysus. And the limbs of Dionysus and the dust of the titans. And from that dust, they fashion humanity. So when Semele comes to make love to Zeus and give birth to Dionysus reborn, what ends up happening is Zeus gets the heart from Athena. And he consumes the heart. And so when he makes love to Semele, through his seed, the heart of Dionysus returns to the body of Dionysus that is in Semele. So there's a uniting of heaven and earth. The heart and the limbs are reconnected in that magical moment, and Dionysus is able to be reborn. It's that bringing together of the two. And what happens to Semele? She witnesses the purity of Zeus and is destroyed. But Dionysus later on retrieves her from the underworld and helps her to ascend. She goes through the apotheosis and becomes divine, steps outside time. One of most important magical characters. Dive in Semele.
So part of our whole nature is that we have to overcome our titanic nature. We have to reject the titanic bearing inside us and heal those wounds. To become divine is to overcome all of that magic. To rehabilitate our titanic energy. It's to take the typhonic elements of ourselves and rehabilitate them. That's what the cycles allow to do, allow to happen. What's so important about these cycles is that there's a death and a rebirth. We can see that Kronos pays for his crimes, goes through the cycle, is reborn, and is able to come back... if only Zeus would allow it. But Zeus prevents it. So there is no balancing. There is no justice. There can be no leveling and no change. And this is the fundamental problem. This is what is happening right now (2026). And that we need to break free of. It's that Zeus, by maintaining his absolute authority, prevents justice. He prevents the changing of his cycles. He doesn't allow for the rehabilitation of the Titanic. How are we supposed to overcome our ancestral disembodied debilitating nature. How are we supposed to continue to evolve if we cannot overthrow Zeus. Zeus represents that patriarchal, titanic element that is still holding on, that refuses to be castrated, brought down and reformed.
